Against non-compliance of the order dated 27.04.2017, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present application.
Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that after receiving the order of this Court, the petitioner has been noticed to appear before the authority on 23.11.2017. But in spite of such notice, the petitioner never appeared. In any case, since this Court had already directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, the same has been disposed of vide order dated 09.12.2017.
In such view of the matter, since the order of this Court has already been complied with, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
