Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly stated that against the order, which is impugned in this writ petition, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal. He thus prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority.
Prayer is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
The certified copy of the order filed as Annexure-10 to the writ petition be returned after retaining a photocopy of the same in the record.
