Heard Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
Challenging inter alia the reconstitution of the Governing Body of Radhakanta Behera Junior College, Arnapal, Bhadrak, the instant writ application has been filed.
The Governing Body was constituted in the year 2013. The period was for three years. The said period has elapsed in the meantime. By efflux of time, the writ application has become infructuous.
If the Governing Body of the Radhakanta Behera Junior College, Arnapal, Bhdrak has not been reconstituted, the opposite parties shall take steps for constitution of the same within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is disposed of.
