The work order issued in favour of the petitioner vide Annexure – 3 is stated to have been cancelled vide Annexure – 5 on the ground that, there has been irregularity in selection of the VLL.
The petitioner, if aggrieved, may file a representation before the Collector, Bhadrak within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed before the Collector, BhadrakO.P. No.2, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law, taking into consideration the recommendation of the Palli Sabha and the documentary evidence, if any, regarding the subsequent allegations alleging irregularity in selection of the VLL. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and the work has been given to any other person in the meantime, the amount he is stated to have spent, be refunded to him.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted as per rules.
