This writ application has been filed praying for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack, for expeditious disposal of C.P. No.489 of 2015.
Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party has not filed any written statement till date.
As the matter is pending since 2015, learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack, shall allow reasonable time to the opposite party to file written statement and conclude the hearing of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably by end of June, 2019.
