In course of hearing, Mr. Niranjan Lenka, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar, opposite party no.1, to dispose of Mutation Case Nos.13820 of 2014 and 4096 of 2015 at an early date.
