On 27.08.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time and accordingly, this matter was directed to be listed on 11.9.2018. On 20.11.2018, again learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time and the matter was directed to be listed on 11.12.2018. Even today, also learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for time to file rejoinder.
We decline to grant time.
This writ petition stands dismissed for default. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application for restoration within thirty days from today.
