Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition to file revision before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement.
The petition is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files revision before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement along with an application for condonation of delay, the latter shall do well to dispose of the application on merit.
Certified copy under Annexure-1 be returned to the counsel for the petitioner by substituting photostat copy thereof.
