02. 09.04.2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is stated to have filed representation before the Collector, Jagatsinghpur (opp. party no.1, vide Annexure-4, for redressal of his grievance regarding postponement of construction work of C.C. Road from Arakhia to Karatutha Nadi Bandha, contravening the decision of the Palli Sabha in selecting the petitioner as V.L.L. for the said work.
Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector, Jagatsinghpur (opp. party no.1) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to supply copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures to opp. party no.1 along with the certified copy of this order for convenience and reference to Annexure-4.
