Heard.
The petitioner is stated to be an encroacher in respect of Plot No.112/16 under Khata No.140 measuring an area of Ac.1.20 decimals in mouza Jamaranda under Umarkote Tahsil. Now the Government is stated to have decided to construct the Panchayat Headquarter of Jamaranda Gram Panchayat over the said plot.
The petitioner’s grievance is that, without following the due process of law and without eviction notice to him, construction work is being taken up forcibly by the government on the said plot.
Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Umarkote (opp. party no.4) to take appropriate action under the O.P.L.E. Act against the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other parties concerned.
