The petitioner has filed this writ application seeking to quash the order of dismissal under Annexure-3 as well as the order of its confirmation made by the appellate authority under Annexure-6 and further seeks for a direction to reinstate the petitioner in service forthwith with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
Since none is there to prosecute the matter, the writ application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
