03 04.12.2018 Learned Additional Standing Counsel on instructions states that no FIR has been lodged against the petitioner.
Perused the record. It appears that the petitioner has filed this application without incorporating the copy of the F.I.R. From this it is evident that on mere apprehension the petitioner has filed this bail application. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. However, if any F.I.R. lodges against the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
Interim order granted on 10.01.2018 stands vacated.
