Heard Mr. S. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Samal, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
The petitioner has filed this application to quash the order dated 22.10.2017 along with Annexures, the State Government order dated 20.03.2018, the Government order dated 04.06.2018 and the letter dated 13.06.2018 under Annexures-4 series and 5 series so far it relates to submission of written intimation is concerned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the circular was under challenge before this Court and this Court has already decided the same on 21.08.2018 in W.P.(C) No. 11014 of 2018 ( Managing Committee of Harihareswar Panchayat High School & Others ). Therefore, this matter may be disposed of in the light of the above case.
Mr. S. Samal, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has no objection to the same.
In view of such position, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 21.08.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 11014 of 2018 ( Managing Committee of Harihareswar Panchayat High School & Others ).
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
