Since the selected candidates have not been made parties in the writ petition, in course of hearing, Mr. N.S. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a better petition with better particulars.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
