Heard Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned ASC.
Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a landless person. Ac.0.04 dec. of land has been settled in the name of the petitioner by the Addl. Tahasildar, Barpalli and patta, vide Annexure-1, has been issued in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that till yet the demarcation case has not been started nor delivery of possession has been made. Thus a direction may be issued to the Addl. Tahasildar, Barpalli to demarcate the land and hand over the possession of the same to the petitioner.
As it appears the record of right has been published in the name of the petitioner, vide Annexure-1. In view of the same, the Addl. Tahasildar, Barpalli shall do well to demarcate the land and hand over the possession of the same to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
