In course of hearing, Mr. Debabrata Rath, learned Advocate for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition to file appeal before the Collector, Balasore. Let him do so.
In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay within a period of fifteen days from today, the appellate authority shall do well to consider and dispose of the same on merit within a period of three months thereafter.
