The petitioner has filed this petition praying for a direction to the Tahasildar, Kishannagar to dispose of the demarcation case at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the petition with a direction to the Tahasildar, Kishannagar to dispose of the demarcation case in question by end of March, 2019 subject to compliance of all formalities.
