3 17.12.2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioners for a direction to the Tahasildar, Chhendipada, opposite party no.4, to demarcate the land of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that opposite party no.5 has filed an application before the Tahasildar, Chhendipada, opposite party no.4, for demarcation of the land. He further submits that the petitioners have also filed an application before the Tahasildar, Chhendipada, opposite party no.4, for demarcation of the land. He submits that a direction may be issued to the opposite party no.4 to depute an amin for demarcation of the land of the petitioners visà-vis opposite party no.5. He further submits that the land of the opposite party no.5 is contiguous to the land of the petitioners. He further submits that the petitioner no.3 filed an application on 15.12.2018. Till yet the same has not been registered.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Chhendipada, opposite party no.4, to register the demarcation case, assign the number and demarcate the land of the petitioners as well as the contiguous land of opposite party no.5, by end of
