Since the petitioner, who was working as a driver under the State authority, has filed this application seeking direction to pay his arrear salary with effect from 27.07.2000 to 01.11.2005, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this application.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
