The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to appoint him as Sikhya Sahayak of Astarang Block of Puri district in the category of B.Ed candidate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is an old case of the year 2006 and he has no instruction in the matter. As such, he does not want to press this application and prays for liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if any cause of action survives for him.
With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
