The matter is for quashing of Annexures 3 and 4 which pertains to renewal of primary permit No.7(R)93 in respect of the vehicle bearing No.OIU 383(Truck).
Mr.Sharma, learned Standing Counsel representing the Transport Department submits that since the matter pertains to issuance of primary permit and the renewal is of the year 1998 and as such due to long lapse of time, the grievance of the petitioner has lost its force and as such the writ petition may be dismissed.
Considering the submission of Mr.Sharma, I find force in the argument advanced by him.
Accordingly, due to long lapse of time and also none is to press it,the writ petition is dismissed.
