In view of the resolution passed by the Orissa High Court Bar Association, lawyers have abstained from the Court work. Neither the postal requisites for issuance of admission notice are being filed since 2012 nor the cost as imposed by this Court on 25.04.2015 is being paid as of now. In spite of liberty being granted by this Court by order dated 25.04.2015, appellant has not complied the same as yet. It appears, the appellant has no interest in the matter. Accordingly, this MACA stands dismissed.
