In view of the resolution passed by the Orissa High Court Bar Association, lawyers have abstained from the Court work.
Steps for substitution vice deceased respondent no.1 shall be taken within a period of ten days hence. It is made clear that if such steps are not taken within the time stipulated hereinabove, the MACA shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. This order is passed considering that this MACA is pending since 2003.
