Misc. Case No.29 of 2017
In view of the resolution passed by the Orissa High Court Bar Association, lawyers have abstained from the Court work.
This misc. case has been filed seeking two months time to pay the deficit court fees from the date of filing of the application on 28.03.2017. Court fees have not been paid as yet. Time has already elapsed in the meantime. Therefore, the prayer made in this misc. case has lost its force.
Accordingly, this misc. case stands dismissed.

For non-payment of the deficit Court Fees as yet and as there is sufficient loss of time in the meantime, this Land Acquisition Appeal is not maintainable.
Accordingly, this Land Acquisition Appeal stands dismissed.
