Perused the record.
The petitioner has filed this application alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.04.2016 passed in CRLMP No.1137 of 2015.
Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department on instruction received on 04.01.2018 states that on the basis of the allegation made by the petitioner with regard to misappropriation of funds collected from the students and forgery of date of birth in the service book, inquiry was conducted and, as such, the allegations could not have been established. Therefore, recommendation has been made by the investigating officer with regard to closure of the inquiry.
In such view of the matter, since the inquiry has been dropped, the relief sought has already been granted.
Accordingly, the CONTR is dropped.
