This is an application for a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack to dispose of Criminal Misc. Case No. 07 of 2009.
Heard G.C. Mohapatra along with Mr. P.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Criminal Misc. Case No. 07 of 2009 has been instituted under the Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack to dispose of Criminal Misc. Case No. 07 of 2009 at an early date.
Considering the fact that the matter is pending since 2009, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack to dispose of Criminal Misc. Case No. 07 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible.
