Case No. 255 of 2018 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/ 294/ 323/506/34 IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem fit and proper.
