03 05.05.2018 Heard Mr. M.R. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.P. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate.
Perused the record.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking for direction to opposite party no.1 to take necessary steps on the basis of his written report vide Annexure-1 dated 01.11.2015 and further seeks for direction to opposite party no.2-Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara to take steps vide Annexure-2 series dated 02.11.2015.
Mr. B.P. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate states that he has not received any instructions.
Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties, since the petitioner seeks for registration of F.I.R., this Court disposes of this application directing the opposite parties to register the written report submitted by the petitioner under Annexure-1 as F.I.R. and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation and direction, CRLMP stands disposed of.
