Perused the record. This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 12.05.1995. This present contempt petition has been filed on 28.03.2018 beyond the limitation period prescribed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
This contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
