This is an application for extension of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after filing of the interim application, the case has now been transferred to the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khallikote in S.T. Case No.168 of 2018 and further time may be granted to the petitioner to comply the order dated 06.11.2018.
After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, the time stipulated as per the order dated 06.11.2018 is extended till 18th March 2019 and if the petitioners surrender before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khallikote within such time, the order passed on 06.11.2018 shall be carried out.
The I.A. is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
