This is an application filed by the petitioner no.1 Narendra Das for modification of the order dated 06.11.2018.
It is stated at the bar that petitioner no.2 Narendra Pradhan has already surrendered before the Court below in pursuance of the order dated 06.11.2018 and he has been released on bail but the petitioner no.1 could not surrender.
Perused the grounds taken in the interim application. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the period of surrender of petitioner no.1 Narendra Das is extended till 31st May 2019.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
