This is an application for setting aside the order dated 13.10.2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur in G.R. Case No. 414 of 2010 directing release of the opposite party no. 2 on bail.
Considering the submission made and on going through the petition averments as well as the order dated 13.10.2010, further viewing the factum of lapse of more than 7 and half years since the order as aforesaid, the application stands dismissed.
