There is a serious allegation made by the learned counsel for petitioner that in spite of a clear direction of this Court given in W.P.(C) No.8421 of 2017 on 10.05.2017, the Tahasildar, Chandbali is not complying the direction given therein.
Considering the above allegation of the petitioner and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served keeping this matter pending, this contempt petition stands disposed of giving one more opportunity to the Tahasildar, Chandbali to work out the order dated 10.05.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.8421 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
It is made clear that if the Tahasildar, Chandabali fails to comply the order of this Court dated 10.05.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.8421 of 2017 within the time stipulated hereinabove, this Court will be constrained to initiate a suo-motu contempt proceeding against the Tahasildar, Chandbali.
