Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is stated that the order dated 10.04.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 2009 of 2013 has not yet been complied with.
Let the opposite parties comply with the same, if not complied in the meantime, within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of this order.
Contempt proceeding is accordingly disposed of. Requisites for communication of this order shall be filed within a week.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
