Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It appears that the order dated 01.10.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 17454 of 2015 has not yet been complied with.
Let the opposite parties comply with the same, if not already complied with in the meantime, within a period of three months from the date of communication/ production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
Contempt proceeding is accordingly disposed of. Requisites for communication of this order shall be filed within three days.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
