In course of hearing, Mr. Manoranjan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction may be issued to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jajpur to dispose of C.S. No.320 of 2009 at an early date. He further submits that the suit is otherwise ready for hearing.
Considering the innocuous prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jajpur to dispose of C.S. No.320 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, preferably by end of June, 2019.
