BLAPL No.7154 of 2018
The petitioner, being in custody in Sukinda P.S. Case No.102 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.888 of 2018 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road running for the alleged commission of offence under section 417/420/406/294/506 of the IPC read with section 4/5/6 of P.C.M.S. (Banning) Act, has filed this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials available on record; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances as also the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the court in seisin of the case with further condition that he shall furnish a cash security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in any such mode as would be determined by the said Court.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
