This is an application for correction of the typographical error in the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in ABLAPL No.14097 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to his wrong submission, the bail application in respect of petitioner no.5 was not pressed for which he prays that necessary modification may be made in the order dated 20.12.2018 and petitioner no.5 may be allowed to go on bail in the event of his surrender before the court below. He, therefore, prays for necessary correction be made in the first and fourth paragraph of the said order.
In view of the above correction, the time period for surrender of the petitioner no.5 in the court below is extended by two weeks with effect from today.
The I.A. stands disposed of.
