Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances including the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the court is seisin of the case with the further condition that he will report every Wednesday in between 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM before the I.I.C., Angul Police Station for a period of next six months .
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed.
