4 31.07.2018 This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.07.2018.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently in the cause title, C.T. Case was mentioned wrongly as 05 of 2018 and accordingly, the same has been reflected in paragraph 2 of the order dated 19.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that since the impugned order indicates wrong C.T. case number, that is how he has mentioned the same in the cause title. He produced another copy of the rejection order dated 26.03.2018 passed in Bail Application No.101 of 2018 by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Jajpur Road wherein the C.T. Case number has been mentioned as 15 of 2018. The certified copy of the order produced, is taken on record.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 19.07.2018 is modified to the extent that in paragraph no.2 where the case number has been mentioned as “C.T. Case No.05 of 2018”, the same shall be read as “C.T. Case No.15 of 2018”. Before accepting the bail bond, learned Court below shall verify whether the C.T. Case No.15 of 2018 arises out of Kaliapani P.S. Case No.01 of 2018 or not. If the same is found to be correct then the bail bond shall be accepted.
The I.A. is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
