This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with G.R. Case No.1030 of 2018 arising out of Nisha P.S. Case No.108 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for offences punishable under sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner moved an application for bail before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Angul which was rejected on 25.06.2018.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 14.06.2018 and investigation has made substantial progress and stolen printer has already been recovered, after hearing the learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/(rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court in seisin over the matter with further terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem just and proper.
Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of.
