Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar, in C.T. Case No.341 of 2017, arising out of Kamarda P.S. Case No.40 of 2017, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
