Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Perused the Case Diary. Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Sheragada, in G.R. Case No.19 of 2016, arising out of Hinjili P.S. Case No.246 of 2016, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
