The petitioners are members of the family of in-laws of the informant. They are implicated in the offences punishable U/Ss.498(A)/323/506/34 IPC and Section- 4 of the D.P. Act.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R. attached to
the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegations against the petitioners, factum of their permanent residence and the fact that, there is always a hope of compromise between the parties in the matrimonial dispute and such compromise is always beneficial for the interest of the family and society, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on bail, in the event of their arrest by the Arresting Officer, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in connection with G.R. Case No.248 of 2018 corresponding to Buguda P.S. Case No.76 of 2018 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
