Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of his arrest by the Arresting Officer, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in connection with G.R. Case No.1829 of 2017 corresponding to Tangi P.S. Case No.0225 of 2017 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C.(Rural), Cuttack.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
