Perused the copy of the F.I.R. Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and nature of allegation, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer, in the event of their arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Purighat P.S. Case No.49 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.523 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., (S), Cuttack.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
