Perused the copy of the F.I.R. attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of his arrest by the Arresting Officer, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in connection with C.T. Case No.336 of 2016 corresponding to Berhampur P.S. Case No.41 of 2016 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri, District- Balasore.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
