ABLAPL No.4194 of 2018
- 17.5.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur, in G.R. Case No.621 of 2010, arising out of Naugaon P.S. Case No.72 of 2010, within four weeks’ hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
