Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, and also perused the Case Diary.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
However, considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Baripada in C.T. Case No.75 of 2017, arising out of Rairangpur Town P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017, and moves for bail, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law on the same day.
