- 04.12.2018 Mr. P.K.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an employee under the Director of Industries-opposite party no.4, for which this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this writ application and as such the matter may be transferred to the State Administrative Tribunal for adjudication.
In view of such submission, keeping in view the judgment of this Court in Smt. Rama Panigrahi v. State of Orissa , 95 (2003) CLT 724, and since it is a year old matter, this writ petition be transferred to the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack for adjudication.
